Thank you for choosing Alhabana. We strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay for all our guests. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

By making a reservation through our website, by phone, or through any third-party platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations are accepted within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation, typically as follows:

  • Standard Rate Reservations: Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): A cancellation fee equal to the first night’s stay may apply.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some special rates or promotions are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In such cases:

  • The reservation may be cancelled automatically.

  • You may be charged the full amount of the stay, or at least the first night’s rate, depending on your rate type.

3. Modifications

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation (dates, number of guests, etc.):

  • Please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and may result in changes to the rate.

  • Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb) must be modified through the same platform.

4. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Booking fees, payment processing fees, and service charges may be non-refundable depending on your payment provider.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or credit card providers.

5. Early Departures

If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date:

  • Refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion, depending on the rate type and reason for early departure.

  • Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change during your stay.

6. Group Bookings and Long Stays

Special cancellation and refund terms may apply to:

  • Group bookings (2+ rooms or guests)

  • Stays longer than 7 nights

These reservations may require a deposit and advance notice for cancellation or modification. Please contact us for details before booking.

7. Force Majeure

Alhabana is not responsible for cancellations or failures to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health emergencies

  • Political unrest or travel restrictions

  • Utility outages

In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair and flexible solution, which may include date changes or credits.
